Access
Supervision of a child’s (patrons under 18 years old) use of the public access computers is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian.
Session time limits apply for all computer use.
Public access computers automatically turn off five minutes prior to the Library closing.
Assistance
Library staff will only provide limited assistance while using the public PCs.
Your use of the service
Individuals are asked to consider other Library patrons when accessing the Internet:
- Engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities using computers is strictly prohibited.
- The Library lacks authority over online content and assumes no liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from Internet usage.
- Fees resulting from Internet use are the user's responsibility, not that of the Library.
- Adherence to copyright laws and licensing agreements is mandatory.
- Technical difficulties faced on websites are beyond the Library's control.
- Security and confidentiality of transactions cannot be assured by the Library.
- Printing costs align with the City of Marinaview's Fee and Charge Schedule.
